Expect to tone up and feel the burn as you work through this energetic cardio and strength class, targeting your lower body and core, while helping to sculpt your legs, glutes, and abs.

Please meet your class instructor at the Swirle Pavilion near Pitcher & Piano on the Quayside. Classes last approximately 60 minutes.
