Agewell Workout

Aimed at over 60s, but open to anyone aged 18+, this agewell workout from City Baths explores the benefits of moving more all summer long with different exercises using body weight that will both challenge you and leave you feeling better for longer.

You’ll learn resistance training exercises that help you maintain bone strength, increase flexibility and mobility and strengthen important muscle groups that’ll keep you independently mobile.

The workouts are free but places must be reserved.

Please meet your class instructor at the Swirle Pavilion near Pitcher & Piano on the Quayside.


Classes last approximately 60 minutes.
