A mix of low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen torso muscles, Pilates is perfect for improving posture and flexibility while strengthening and toning. With breathwork that takes you through a flow of different poses, it’s great for promoting mindfulness too.
Classes are free but tickets must be reserved.
Please meet your class instructor at the Swirle Pavilion near Pitcher & Piano on the Quayside. Classes last approximately 1 hour.
